I have successful experience working with people struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, relationships, couples issues, grief, infidelity, divorce, parenting, finding balance and meaning in life, workplace issues, and life transitions.

I use a variety of techniques and approaches drawing on those that fit best for you. I am able to help you change the emotional and behavioral patterns that are causing you discomfort. I can help you notice those times when your problem is less and to help you have more of those times. I draw on current research on the brain to help you to make the changes that will lead to a more balanced life and that will help you feel better able to manage yourself, your emotions and your relationships.
